Responsibilities:
Greet clients with professionalism and warmth upon arrival, answer phone calls, and respond to text messages.
Manage social media posts and advertisements for the salon’s sales and promotions.
Oversee front desk operations, including cash handling and operating a cash register.
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist stylists and technicians by scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Provide top-notch customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and upselling services and products.
Maintain accurate sales and client information records.
Handle cash transactions, including making change and processing credit card payments.
Communicate effectively with clients, salon staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Demonstrate strong retail sales skills by promoting salon products and services.
Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a professional and positive atmosphere.
Skills Required:
