Charles Scott Salons & Spas is in search of an experienced Hairstylist as well as a Salon Assistant at its Rocky River, Ohio location.
Stylist position: Must have floor experience of minimum 3 years. We're looking for an individual that is driven to provide each client with an excellent customer experience, is a team player, and displays a polished look and professional attitude.
Salon Assistant position: Assistant will assist with salon operations including shampooing, applying treatments, and tending to the needs and comfort of the clients while they are in the salon. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and will work as part of a team to provide an excellent experience. Must possess knowledge of current hairstyles and trends, maintain excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
Job Requirements:
Assist with salon operations including shampooing
Applying treatments
Tending to the needs and comfort of the clients while they are in the salon
Greeting clients
Working as part of a team to provide an excellent experience all while maintaining the salon floor
Sweeping, cleaning brushes, preparing foils, washing color bowls, and mixing color formulas.
