Front Desk Coordination position:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can work in a fast paced environment. As training takes quite some time and investment, we are looking for employees who plan on working this position long term.
Requirements:
- 15-30 hours a week (Thursday evenings and Saturdays required)
- Flexible schedule
- Salon experience
- Millennium software experience preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Multitasking and working in fast paced environment
- Works well with computers
Position duties:
- Opening/closing duties
- Greeting and ringing out clients
- Opening/closing the cash register
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Adjusting stylists' books
- Staying on track with your weekly duties
- Pulling reports
- Help assist with Boutique tasks
- Assist with overall cleanliness
- Inventory
- Make promotional signs on the computer
- Keep up with e-mails
- Keep up with marketing tasks
Stylist position (hiring bonus for those with clientele):
- Cosmetology license required
- Part to full time (minimum 15 full shifts/month)
- Commission based
- Offers consistent education & training
- Referral program & other marketing strategies to help build clientele
Apprentice position:
- Cosmetology license required
- Part time
- Saturdays mandatory
- Hourly pay + tips
- 12-18 month program with hands on focus education each week working on live models
- Observe & learn each day while assisting seasoned stylists by greeting clients, mixing color, shampooing, blow drying, applying toners, & keeping the salon clean
